Camel Clutch
A submission move where the wrestler site on her opponents back and wrenches the chin up and back.This is a very common submission used by a lot of wrestlers. In the photo shown it is demonstarated by Takako Inoue on Mima Shimoda.
Giant Swing
A move where the wrestler spins their opponent around to disorietate them.Kyoko Inoue (shown) proves why she was the best at this move. The crowd would often count as she rotated her opponent to see how long she could continue for.
Powerbomb Variation
US wrestler Reggie Bennet performs one of the many variations of the powerbomb that have developed over the years. In this variation the wrestler jumps and sits down whilst executing the powerbomb
Cyclone Suplex
Used by Manami Toyota this suplex demonstrates why she was named as owning 3 of the best wrestling moves in the world done by any male or female in Powerslam magazine. Toyota places her opponent on top of her shoulders and holds their arms. Toyota then suplexs backwards forming a bridge as she holds the pin.Sky Twisting Press
Invented by ASARI this is an amazing highflying move off the top rope that utilized Chaparita's gymnasitics background. A very small wrestler under 5 ft, Asari moves fast through the air with devastating effects.
Flying Knee

Death Valley Driver
Etsuko Mita is credited with the invention of this finisher. It has become a popular move and has been taken up by a number of other wrestlers.Etsuko places her opponent on her shoulders in a firemans carry and then throws them off whilst jumping to land on their side.
Double DDT
