Debuting in 1992 with former shoot boxer and ex JWP's first Jnr champion Rumi Kazama as their president. Ladies Legend Pro Wrestling (LLPW) promotion debuted in 1992 with Shinobu Kandori (ex Judo champion), and Noriyo Tateno (ex Jumping Bomb Angels AJW/ WWE wrestler) being their other noticeable drawcards. In 1993 with the women's wrestling in Japan having now a number of established female wrestling companies AJW started to hold 'DREAMCARDS' featuring women from different promotions against each other. 'ALL STAR DEAMSLAM' in April 1993 drew a crowd of 16,500 people. LLPW featured well on the card with the semi main event having AJW legend Akira Hokuto battling LLPW's Shinobu Kandori in a grueling 30minute match before Akira secured the pin. Shinobu Kandori however got her revenge a week later at 'ALL STAR DREAM SLAM 2' in tag action. The match was Shinobu Kandori & Eagle Sawai agianst Akira Hokuto & Aja Kong in the semi main and ended when Kandori forced Hokuto to submit.

Rumi Kazama, Miki Handa, Eagle Sawai & Harley Saito also represented LLPW on both 'ALL STAR DREAM SLAMS' on the first one Rumi Kazama & Miki Handa beat AJW's Suzuka Minami & Etsuko Mita (22:27) when Kazama pinned Mita. By the time of LLPW's first Anniversary show in November, 1993 LLPW were drawing a credible 4,500 fans on their own. Their main event at this time was the popular hair vs. hair match with Akira Hokuto beating Rumi Kazama.
The loaning of wrestlers from different promotions continued and as AJW started to struggle financially more wrestler freelanced, started promotions to rival AJW and AJW continued to do combined shows. In 1999 a combined LLPW / AJW show featured that drew a crowd of 4,300 fans.
